Businesses with an annual mapping service expenditure of $50,000 or more and a remaining contract term of 6 months or less are eligible for the buyout.

Eligible businesses must commit to a multi-year contract with NextBillion.ai, which includes the remaining duration of the competitor's contract plus an additional 24 or 36 months.

NextBillion.ai requires annual upfront billing. An invoice for 12 months will be issued as soon as the competitor's contract expires.

If the contract is terminated during the competitor's contract term, it will be treated as a regular contract, and invoices will be raised for the total number of months used.
